Regardless of where you choose to stay in Mykonos, renting a car is highly recommended for moving around the island as most places of interest (Mykonos Town, beach clubs, beaches, restaurants) are scattered along the island’s various beach areas (including Ftelia Beach where our villa is located), and the distances between them vary from 10-15′ by car. PAYMENT TERMS

To book your stay with us, we need a deposit of 40% of the total holiday rental cost. We’ll confirm your booking via email once we receive the full deposit, you’ve completed the online booking form, and you’ve accepted (or signed) our rental terms.

The rest of the payment is due no later than 30 days before you check in. If you’re booking less than 30 days before your stay, we’ll need the full payment upfront.

Please note that if we don’t receive the balance by the due date, we will have to cancel your booking, and we’ll keep any cancellation charges that apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We hope it never comes to this, but if you need to cancel, please note:

Cancellations must be communicated to us via email by the primary renter of the booking.

If you cancel more than 90 days before your check-in, you will receive a full refund of the booking deposit and any other payments made.

If you cancel less than 90 days before check-in, the booking deposit and any other payments made will be non-refundable.

PROPERTY POLICIES

Our property is part of a family-owned residential complex. It’s a joyful place of relaxation, so we kindly ask our guests to be mindful of the Greek summer off hours and your neighbours. Parties are not allowed.

THE BEACH HOUSE MYKONOS is a smoke-free environment. If you need to smoke, please do so outdoors and use the ashtrays provided.

Our property is best suited for families, couples, and small groups of friends who seek a joyful and tranquil place to relax. For groups of friends, we typically ask that at least half of the group members are 30 years of age or older. Exceptions may be considered, please advise us in advance.

Pets are welcome upon request and subject to specific conditions that guests must agree to before booking. Please inquire for more details.

While our home is suitable for children, toddlers and young children should always be supervised, especially near the swimming pool area and terraces.
